Sales Renewal Process Workflow

Role: Interviewed sales team members, designed workflow diagrams, and presented findings to CEO and project team.


 

The Infragistics sales team was interested in implementing an automated chat service that would support the processing of renewals, allowing reps to focus their energy on reaching out to customers.

I was asked to assess the current renewal process and identify opportunities for improvement. After conducting interviews with the sales and accounting teams, I created a series of workflow diagrams to define the current process and highlight areas where an automated chat service would be beneficial.
