Dental Malpractice Insurance Application

Challenge: Design an online form for Dentists to easily apply for malpractice insurance.

Role: Interviewed stakeholders and users, designed an interactive prototype, and facilitated usability tests to validate design decisions.

 

Applying for malpractice insurance involves a seemingly endless series of forms to complete. The goal of this project was to simplify the application process so dentists could:

  • Quickly get a quote online

  • Jump straight into the full application

  • Confidently save progress
